As managers of a fairly large, ten-year-old development in Deal we engaged the services of Vertex Imagery. We asked Steffan to fly his drone and take photographs of the roofs and gutters of the four apartment buildings on the site so that we could assess if any remedial work was needed. Steffan came for a walk around the site first, and on the day came with an assistant to help him and particularly to record the pictures against the details of the properties. The work was extremely professionally carried out, with all safety aspects taken care of. Steffan sent all the photographs to us very quickly, and to our amazement he had done our work for us! He had labelled the shortcomings shown in photographs of part of the roofs and gutters. We now have a complete set of photographs for future reference and for more immediate use with roofers with whom we will be in touch to get the work done which is visibly needed. We will definitely use Steffan again as his work has proved invaluable for planning our maintenance and repair work.
